예배 일정, 교회 행사, 헌금 확인과 같은 안내 문자 수신 동의 폼입니다.
This form collects consent to receive SMS/text updates about worship schedules, church events, and donation confirmations.
  • 메시지 빈도: 월 1–4회 내외 (행사 기간에는 일시적으로 증가할 수 있음).
    Message Frequency: 1–4 messages per month (may temporarily increase during event periods).
  • 요금 고지: 표준 메시지·데이터 요금이 적용될 수 있습니다.
    Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • 수신 거부: 언제든지 문자에 STOP이라고 회신하면 해지됩니다. 도움말: HELP로 회신.
    Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
  • 수신 동의는 구매(헌금) 조건이 아닙니다.
    Consent is not a condition of purchase or donation.
  • 연령: 만 13세 이상만 등록하세요.
    Age Requirement: Only individuals 13 years or older may register.
